Job summary

Regalcare, a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to lead the admissions process and join our leadership team.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with hospitals, families, and referral sources, coordinate inquiries through intake, conduct facility tours, and ensure smooth admissions and transitions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior admissions or marketing experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement (Medicare/Medicaid) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the resident admission process from inquiry to intake.
