Job summary

Harris is seeking a Business Development Leader to drive external revenue growth through manufactured and modular MEP solutions. You will identify, develop and convert opportunities with owners, developers, OEMs, contractors and strategic partners, coordinating with product management, estimating, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to align customer needs with Harris' capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience leading business development and go-to-market initiatives for manufactured products, engineered systems, or modular construction solutions.
Proven track record of developing new opportunities and delivering revenue growth.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial systems.
Ability to build relationships across customers, OEMs, manufacturers, and strategic partners.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across engineering, ops, supply chain, and executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute long-term growth strategy for Harris' manufacturing/modular business.
Establish annual revenue, bookings, and market expansion objectives.
Build and lead future business development resources as the manufacturing business scales.
Provide market and growth recommendations to executive leadership regarding investments, products, partnerships, and geographic expansion.
