The role collaborates with product management, estimating, engineering, and supply chain to align customer needs with Harris' capabilities, while building a partner ecosystem and leading future growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business development and go-to-market initiatives for manufactured or modular construction solutions.
• Proven track record of creating new opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial systems.
• Ability to build relationships with owners, OEMs, contractors, and partners.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, ops, supply chain, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term growth strategy for Harris' manufacturing/modular business.
• Establish revenue, bookings, and market expansion objectives.
• Lead and grow future business development resources as the business scales.
• Own external manufacturing revenue growth, bookings, and pipeline development.
• Build strategic account plans for priority customers, OEMs, and partners.
• Develop partnerships with manufacturers, channel partners, and strategic allies.
