Job summary

Catalyst MSO LLC is seeking a Director to strengthen performance culture by aligning manager effectiveness, frontline coaching, and evidence-based workforce actions across clinical and corporate teams.

The role partners with Clinical and Corporate HR Directors to integrate culture, engagement, and workforce insights into preventive actions, improving retention and performance both in- and non-exempt roles.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience spanning employee relations, HR partnership, People Manager coaching and non-exempt workforce analysis.
• Experience in operational or multisite environments with non-exempt employees.
• Strong business partnering and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Co-own enterprise performance culture outcomes with the HR Directors and translate FCIG into frontline People Manager practices.
• Co-design interventions with business and clinical leadership to improve manager effectiveness and workforce performance.
• Provide guidance on documentation of corrective action and terminations and attend related meetings.
• Lead evaluation and improvement of selection and assessment processes across roles including high-volume non-exempt positions.
• Create repeatable workforce insights dashboards and contribute to executive reporting.
