Ptarmigan Property Services in Park City, UT seeks a Head of Maintenance to lead a small, committed crew across HOA and condo portfolios with hands-on leadership and strong budget awareness.

You will oversee operations, schedule work, manage budgets, ensure HOA standards, coordinate bids, inspections, and safety, and maintain vendor relationships across communities. This role combines leadership with practical trades in a thriving mountain-area setting.

Formación

• Proven leadership of maintenance teams or departments.
• Hands-on building maintenance including stonework, concrete, waterproofing.
• Ability to read and manage budgets.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and team-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• On-call availability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance operations across HOA and condo portfolio.
• Schedule, prioritize, and assign work orders.
• Read, build, and manage budgets within board-approved funds.
• Maintain common areas and building systems to HOA standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee bids for large projects.
• Conduct property inspections and report findings to the board.
• Coordinate with community operators on maintenance priorities.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regs.
• Step in hands-on for stonework, concrete, waterproofing, and general maintenance.
