Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
• Provide direct supervision to maintenance team leads and staff.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly/seasonal checklists and projects.
• Coach staff on maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Maintain property to near new condition with attention to detail.
