Position: Maintenance Director
Location: Lebanon, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Maintenance Department, its programs, and activities.

• Policy Development: Create and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures.

• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (Dietary, Nursing, etc.) to ensure seamless maintenance services.

• Preventive Maintenance: Establish and manage a preventive maintenance program.

• Inspection: Regularly inspect storage rooms, work rooms, utility/janitorial closets for upkeep and supply control.

• Compliance: Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies and develop corrective plans for any deficiencies.

• Economic Awareness: Stay informed about economic conditions and recommend adjustments to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Administrative Duties: Complete necessary forms, reports, evaluations, and studies to ensure control of equipment and supplies.

• Supervision: Ensure outside services are properly completed and supervised according to contracts/work orders.
