Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
10+ years of technology experience with IBM z/OS, CICS and MVS performance/capacity.
Experience in large financial-services or mission-critical environments preferred.
Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead CICS/MVS performance and capacity analysis across production and non-production environments.
Develop KPI projections, assess change impacts, and drive capacity recommendations.
Manage incident analysis, problem management, and post-event reviews.
Translate technical findings into leadership-level options and actions.
Collaborate with vendors (IBM, Broadcom, CA) on performance and observability tooling.
