Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on mainframe/DB2 experience in a large enterprise.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead DB2 for z/OS performance and capacity analysis across environments.
- Develop KPI projections and capacity models for workload growth.
- Guide engineers and business teams through incidents and high-severity events.
- Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations and options.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on modernization and cost optimization.
