Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) seeks a Director, Machine Learning Engineer to partner with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to implement scalable ML solutions. You will drive model deployment, data pipelines, and CI/CD practices across cloud platforms, while mentoring team members and delivering business impact.

• Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
• Experience with agile development and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Responsibilities

• Operationalize ML models and components in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams.
• Develop and validate ML models and automate tests and deployment.
• Leverage cloud architectures to deliver scalable ML models.
• Build optimized data pipelines feeding ML models.
• Implement CI/CD/CT practices and monitor deployments.
• Mentor teammates and promote learning and innovation.
