Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Director, Machine Learning Engineer to partner with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Analysts to build scalable ML capabilities. You will implement models, deploy products and drive stability, producibility, and integration with other Prudential platforms.

Lead with a strong business sense, coach teams, and foster agile practices while enabling rapid innovation and continuous learning across a global technology organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with agile development and TDD.
• Knowledge of ML concepts, tools and pipelines.
• Ability to learn new skills continuously.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize ML models and components in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams.
• Develop and validate ML models, automate tests and deployment.
• Leverage cloud architectures to deliver ML models at scale.
• Build optimized data pipelines for ML workloads.
• Maintain CI/CD workflows and monitoring for deployments.
