Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a CHANEL Brand Director to serve as the strategic partner to the General Manager for RTW, ACC & Shoes. This leader will cultivate CHANEL business, drive talent development, shape customer experience, and optimize product presentation across luxury categories.

The Director leads a high-performing team of luxury sellers, focusing on Full Price Sell Through and brand image while collaborating with central partners and store leadership to execute long-term plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years direct experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical skills: rates, ratios, percentages.
• Proven ability to implement multifaceted retail strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance metrics: Sales, Net Promoter Score, Loyalist, Client Sales.
• Partner with Operations to manage payroll, expenses, and shrink.
• Analyze data to identify key business opportunities.
• Cultivate a customer-centric team culture and advocate for improvements.
• Lead customer strategies and top client initiatives.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to protect brand image.
• Coach and develop leadership bench for future growth.
