CHANEL, Inc. seeks a Fragrance & Beauty Boutique Director to lead and develop a top-performing US boutique team, driving omni-channel sales while upholding CHANEL’s luxury standards in a dynamic retail setting.

You will own recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development, partnering with HR and corporate to ensure a consistently elevated client experience and exceptional brand representation on the floor and in back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in luxury retail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, in a related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong client-focused selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique team development, succession planning, and onboarding.
• Drive omni-channel sales and ensure brand image consistency.
• Own recruitment across the team, including freelancers, with HR partnering.
• Coach staff on product, service, and artistry to elevate client experience.
• Represent CHANEL on the sales floor and foster an inclusive culture.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, loss prevention, and scheduling.
