Job summary

Grand Living seeks a Director of Luminations to lead our memory care program and guide staff across Facets, Fitness, Housekeeping, Culinary and Health & Wellness. You will mentor teams, develop individual service plans, and act as the family advocate ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction.

Under the Executive Director, you will implement programs that enhance quality of life and care, collaborate with health partners, and shape a refined, compassionate memory care culture at Grand Living.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience managing a memory care program in a senior living environment.
• Leadership experience and ability to train and mentor staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Luminations Neighborhood including Facets, Fitness, Housekeeping, Culinary and Health & Wellness.
• Develop and implement individual service plans for residents addressing quality of life and care.
• Hold weekly department meetings and be the family advocate and point of contact for daily life needs and care.
