Job summary

Galderma seeks an Associate Director to lead high-impact strategic initiatives and project management across the enterprise. You will translate priorities into clear action plans, mobilize cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results with senior leadership support.

You will craft executive communications, secure buy-in with compelling business cases, and guide matrix teams through complex change while ensuring quality and timing in a fast-evolving dermatology business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years leading strategic and operational improvement in skincare/pharma/dermatology.
• Experience at top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey/BCG/Bain) preferred.
• Strong data analytics and AI capabilities for actionable insights.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in a complex matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the enterprise with executive alignment.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify, prioritize, and solve critical challenges.
• Analyze operations to diagnose root causes and identify transformation opportunities.
• Deliver executive-level communication materials for enterprise updates.
• Direct cross-functional teams across business technology, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Develop and manage sophisticated project plans with milestones and metrics.
