Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Director of Loyalty & Membership to lead OCVIBE’s loyalty program across Orange County venues. This on-site role drives strategy, roadmap, and governance, translating member insight into scalable operations and guest experiences.

You will own lifecycle engagement, platform configuration, and cross-functional campaigns, building a scalable district-wide loyalty program for hospitality, events and venues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in loyalty, membership, or lifecycle marketing roles, spanning both strategy and hands-on program execution.
• Experience building or scaling a loyalty, membership or lifecycle program in hospitality, sports/entertainment, retail or mixed-use environments.
• Experience operating complex programs across multiple business units with distributed ownership.
• Strong commercial and financial fluency, with ability to evaluate promotional economics and business cases.
• Ability to establish governance, decision rights and cross-functional operating rhythms in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own district-wide recognition governance and activation by the platform.
• Lead end-to-end launch readiness across program, marketing, digital product, CRM, data, technology and venue operations.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to demonstrate loyalty program value to guests, operators and the district.
• Build and refine the loyalty funding framework in partnership with Finance and business owners.
• Establish change-management processes for program rules, platform configuration and member experiences.
