Job summary

Kenco Group in the United States seeks a Director of Logistic Operations to lead regional site performance, manage client relations, and drive value-added solutions aligned with company goals.

You will partner with General Managers, execute strategic plans, and oversee KPI-driven improvements while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Travel will be frequent to sites and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in supply chain management, business management or logistics; regulatory experience may be-site dependent.
• 3–5 years of logistic site leadership with budgetary experience; Lean Six Sigma or related training preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer relationship skills and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational activities for regional sites via site GMs and client liaison.
• Identify value-added services and manage relationships to maximize revenue and margins.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews and monitor KPI performance across sites.
• Oversee day-to-day site performance and introduce new KPIs for impact.
• Meet with General Managers monthly to align on daily operations.
• Drive safety initiatives and maintain lean operations across the network.
• Develop customer profiles, review issues, opportunities, and contracts for improvements.
• Build business cases and present value solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for staff; partner with L&D.
• Implement programs and cross-functional process improvements; apply Lean Six Sigma tools.
