Jetson is hiring a Director of Licensed Installer Operations to build and lead a nationwide network of third-party installers. You will design vetting, onboarding, certification, and ongoing performance management while partnering with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in field operations or contractor management.
• 8+ years in operations, field service, or contractor management with distributed subcontractors.
• Experience building programs from zero and writing playbooks while executing them.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end licensed installer lifecycle across multiple markets.
• Design vetting, certification, tiering, and supplier scorecards from scratch.
• Scale onboarding, training, and recertification to Jetson standards.
• Develop KPIs for installer performance and customer experience.
• Maintain brand standards and seamless on-site experiences.
• Lead QA, audits, permitting strategies, and emergency issue resolution.
• Manage subcontractor compensation, contracts, insurance, and compliance.
• Travel up to 75% to markets for vetting and relationships.
