Job summary

Jetson Home Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Field Operations to lead multi-market residential heat pump, heat pump water heater and EV charger installations across the United States and Canada.

You will shape the field organization, set standards and lead General Managers, Field Operations Managers and technicians to achieve safety, quality and margin targets. This senior role is remote with frequent travel, requiring strong operational leadership, financial acumen and the ability to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent leadership experience in operations.
• 10+ years field ops in home services, HVAC or construction.
• 5+ years leading multi-branch or multi-market ops.
• Experience scaling field ops across US/Canada.
• Strong safety program development and culture.
• Experience with field service platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the field operations strategy across markets.
• Lead General Managers to hit KPIs for installs, revenue, and safety.
• Define field org structure and build a bench for new markets.
• Own installation quality and drive down callbacks and costs.
• Drive safety culture and OSHA/compliance alignment.
• Manage licensing, permitting and inspections in jurisdictions.
• Balance in-house crews and subcontractors to meet demand.
• Align scheduling and design with field throughput.
• Oversee field tech stack like Zuper and real-time visibility.
• Lead fleet, tools, and warehouse operations with Supply Chain.
