Job summary

Jetson Home Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Field Operations to lead safe, high‑quality and profitable heat pump and home service installations across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field operations experience in residential HVAC, home services, solar, electrical or construction.
• Experience leading multi-branch or multi-market operations in the United States and Canada.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, branch P&Ls, labour productivity and cost-control measures.
• Proven track record building safety programs and culture in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the field operations strategy to deliver volume, quality and margin targets across markets in Canada and the United States.
• Lead General Managers, Field Operations Managers, and crews to hit KPIs for installs, revenue, NPS, safety and compliance.
• Define field organizational structure and succession planning for new markets.
• Own installation quality and drive down callbacks, rework and warranty costs.
• Champion health and safety programs, OSHA/WorkSafeBC compliance, and regulatory permits.
• Balance in-house crews and subcontractors to meet demand while preserving experience.
• Coordinate with Customer & Service Ops to align scheduling and coordination.
• Oversee field technology stack (Zuper) for dispatch and job visibility.
• Lead fleet, tools, uniforms and warehouse operations with Supply Chain.
• Develop and run recruiting, onboarding, and certification programs for field roles.
• Support new market launches with local leadership and steady-state performance.
• Manage field operating budgets and branch P&Ls to optimize labor and materials costs.
