Zusammenfassung

Jetson is hiring a Director of Licensed Installer Operations to build and lead the external installer network across North America. You will design, recruit, certify, and manage partners, ensuring installation quality and a seamless Jetson experience.

You will own end-to-end program development, drive KPIs, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in operations, field service, or contractor management overseeing distributed subcontractor networks.
• Proven track record standing up new programs from zero and writing the playbook while executing it.
• Experience designing vetting criteria, certification/tiering, and subcontractor agreements from scratch.
• Knowledge of independent contractor classifications, licensing, and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
• Experience configuring field service management or CRM platforms at workflow design level.
• Ability to balance brand standards with subcontractor autonomy.

Aufgaben

• Own licensed installer lifecycle from sourcing and certification to performance management across markets.
• Design vetting and selection processes for installer partners from scratch.
• Build onboarding with certification tiers, training, and recertification standards.
• Develop KPIs for performance: customer satisfaction, on-time arrival, first-time completion, callbacks.
• Establish brand standards on-site including uniforms and customer experience.
• Maintain QA framework with remote reviews and on-site audits.
• Determine permit strategy market by market and coordinate workflows.
