Tarrant County College District (TCCD) seeks a Director, Library at Southeast Campus to lead and manage library services, Learning Commons initiatives, and strategic planning in support of student success and the college mission.

The role oversees operations, budgeting, facilities planning, and community engagement, working with staff, faculty, and administrators to advance innovative library programs and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an ALA-accredited program.
• Five (5) years' working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements.
• Three (3) years' working experience supervising direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages library services, operations, technologies, collections, and Learning Commons initiatives.
• Plans, directs, and evaluates library operations in support of the One College Learning Commons approach.
• Oversees budgeting and resource allocation; ensures efficient library operation.
• Builds community relations and collaborates with faculty, staff, and students to promote library services.
