Job summary

BKM Capital Partners is seeking a Director of Leasing to lead leasing strategy and execution across the company’s expanding portfolio. This role is based in Newport Beach, California, and is 100% in-office with no hybrid option.

Responsibilities include maximizing occupancy, driving rental revenue, strengthening broker relationships, and ensuring consistent leasing practices across the portfolio, with travel up to 50% to support market outreach and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience directing leasing strategy for a multi-market portfolio.

• Proven track record in broker relationships and tenant acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing strategy across the BKM portfolio with alignment to asset strategies and investment goals.
• Provide leadership and accountability to the leasing team to ensure consistent execution.
• Oversee the leasing technology stack (VTS, CoStar, LoopNet) and related processes.
• Develop relationships with external brokers, tenants, and market participants to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor leasing performance and report to senior leadership and investors.
