Job summary

Bisnow is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing strategies across a California portfolio of office, industrial, and retail space. You will drive occupancy, manage tenant and broker relationships, negotiate leases, analyze markets, and coordinate tenant improvements.

Collaborate with Property Management, Legal, Marketing, and Asset Management to maximize occupancy and portfolio performance. This role reports to the Vice President of Leasing and offers base salary with commission, annual bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in business or marketing.
• 1–5 years of commercial real estate or brokerage experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; ability to read and interpret documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively with prospective tenants and staff
• Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct leasing activities including daily cold calls, site tours, and tenant walk-ins.
• Prepare, review, and finalize lease documents and LOIs with in-house counsel.
• Coordinate tenant improvements with architect and construction teams.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on rent rolls, insurance certificates, and signage.
• Support marketing efforts: materials, listings, photos, tours, and campaigns
