Job summary

Bisnow is seeking a Leasing Manager to execute leasing strategies across a portfolio of commercial space in California. You will drive occupancy, manage tenant and broker relationships, negotiate leases, and coordinate tenant improvements.

You will work with property management, legal, marketing, and asset management teams to optimize occupancy and portfolio performance. A strong background in CRE and strong Excel/Word skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or marketing preferred.
• 1–5 years of commercial real estate or brokerage experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports; communicate with tenants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct Leasing Activity: daily cold calls, walk-ins, tours, and market canvassing.
• Lease Preparation: draft LOIs, review drafts with in-house counsel, finalize documents.
