Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change to drive organizational adoption of acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives. The role leads the people side of integration, aligning leadership, culture, and workforce experience across complex programs.

Working with executive sponsors and HR/Cx teams, the director ensures readiness, sustainable adoption, and effective communication throughout the integration lifecycle, becoming the expert on culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership alignment with executives and integration sponsors.
• Develop and implement change management strategies across acquisitions and transformations.
• Coordinate culture integration and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with Communications to craft executive messaging and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor adoption, readiness and report progress to leadership.
