Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and integration sponsors to align leadership around integration objectives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformation initiatives partnering with the Global Transformation Office.
• Assess cultural differences and identify integration opportunities and risks.
• Develop culture integration strategies aligned with firm values and business objectives.
• Partner with Communications to develop comprehensive communication strategies throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Design initiatives that support employees through integration and transformation activities.
• Maintain reporting related to change adoption, culture integration, communication effectiveness, and colleague engagement.
• Provide regular status updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
