Job summary

Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc. seeks a Director, Load Integration to lead end-to-end integration of large-load member relationships, coordinating across engineering, system operations, transmission, planning, energy marketing, finance, legal and risk.

You’ll develop scalable processes, manage contracts, ensure energization readiness, and provide senior leaders with clear performance insights while building trusted relationships with member leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, energy or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in electric utility, energy, transmission, commercial or related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional work through influence and sound decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of electric utility operations including power supply, transmission, interconnection, system operations, planning and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of large-load member relationships across contract administration, project readiness and ongoing operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, system operations, transmission, planning, energy marketing, finance, legal and risk.
• Oversee obligations and milestones associated with energy service, interconnection and operating agreements.
