Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading workforce planning, labor optimization, analytics, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern a single source of truth for labor reporting, planning, and performance.
• Design and maintain labor planning tools and reporting for visibility into spend, productivity, and variances.
• Build and prioritize a pipeline of labor optimization opportunities with BU input and governance.
• Utilize workforce analytics and modeling to support staffing, scheduling, and productivity strategies.
• Partner with BU leaders to communicate priorities, trade-offs, and action plans.
