Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Current Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor license or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain full licensure within 6 months of hire.
• Current valid driver license.

Aufgaben

• Ensures that all clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contract deliverables meet benchmarks for outpatient programs and services.
• Provides accessible, timely, efficient, cost-effective care by utilizing evidence-based practice.
• Actively provides administrative input for the planning and monitoring of quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and environment of care.
• Manages the satisfaction surveys and takes actions to improve outcomes when needed.
• Identifies data and trends to be used for future budget planning and impacts on strategic planning.
• Identifies through performance improvement activities areas of quality and cost improvement.
