Aspiranet in Santa Cruz, CA is hiring a Support Counselor/Program Director II to oversee the residential program. The role includes supervising a multidisciplinary team, managing program operations within budget, and leading quality assurance activities to meet outcomes.

Under supervision of the Associate Division Director, you will coordinate with executive leadership, staff, and community partners to deliver high-quality services while maintaining compliance with Joint Commission standards and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field.
• BBS registration as AMFT/ACSW/APCC is required.
• Three years’ management experience in Behavioral Health.
• Meets all licensing/safety requirements per state and licensing entities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a multidisciplinary team in line with Aspiranet policies and state regulations.
• Manage program budget within allocated parameters and support budget development.
• Lead quality assurance efforts and ensure data tracking and program outcomes are met.
• Develop annual core program strategic plan and budget; ensure effective communication with staff and leadership.
