Job summary

Aspire Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities seeks an AOT Court Coordinator to manage court-related components of the SAMHSA-funded program. You will coordinate referrals, hearings, and civil orders, and ensure timely documentation and collaboration across courts, providers, and families.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with emphasis on confidentiality, trauma-informed care, and person-centered service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social work, psychology, criminal justice, human services, behavioral health, public administration, or related field.
• Master's degree and/or professional behavioral health licensure preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, civil court, legal, social service, case management, or related multidisciplinary systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Project Court Coordinator for the SAMHSA-funded AOT Program and maintain required Level of Effort.
• Coordinate AOT referrals and civil court processes from identification to order issuance and renewal.
• Maintain organized tracking of referrals, petitions, hearings, court orders, deadlines, and participant status.
• Facilitate communication among courts, treatment teams, hospitals, and community partners involved in AOT.
