Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Health in Missouri seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead our Neurodiverse Programming across inpatient and residential settings, collaborating with the CEO to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care for neurodivergent youth. You will build and expand specialized programming for ASD, IDD, and other neurodevelopmental differences.

You will supervise licensed and non-licensed clinicians, guide staff training, and ensure our milieu reflects high standards of care

Qualifications

• Active MO license (LCSW/LPC/MSW/PLPC).
• 5+ years clinical experience with children, adolescents and families.
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Residential setting experience preferred (1+ year).
• Strong knowledge of neurodiverse care models.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary team meetings and ensure clinical documentation aligns with neurodiverse care models.
• Act as a key member of the Executive Leadership team, assisting the CEO and ensuring CMS and Joint Commission standards compliance.
• Provide direct clinical services including assessments, therapy (individual, family, and group), and crisis intervention.
• Supervise and train licensed and non-licensed clinicians.
• Serve as liaison between treatment team, families, and external stakeholders.
• Participate in strategic planning of innovative programming, including sensory-informed milieu design and integrative therapies.
