Qualifications
5-10 years in power generation (IPP, utility, or similar).
Expertise in U.S. power markets and commercial contracts.
Strong financial modeling and revenue management skills.
Bachelor’s in engineering, economics, business, or related field.
Professional English communication.
Responsibilities
Manage performance, financials, and contracts for power assets.
Lead operational and O&M improvements to maximize profitability.
Negotiate and execute commercial agreements (PPA, Tolling, etc.).
Drive revenue through market strategies (ERCOT, PJM, Mexico).
Oversee safety, risk management, and compliance.
Support asset sales, refinancing, and portfolio restructuring.
Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and budgets; report to executives.
Lead and develop team performance.
