Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Director of IT Business Partner – Engineering to drive the technology, data, and AI strategy for its Engineering organization. You will lead a team of IT Business Partnership professionals delivering connected engineering processes from concept to commercialization.

You will partner with Engineering leaders to shape a long-term vision, prioritize investments, and enable faster time-to-market with improved product quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years shaping technology strategy and transformation in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven people leadership in a cross-functional organization.
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent PLM platform.
• Strong understanding of engineering/product development processes including PLM and CAD/CAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing IT Business Partnership team for Engineering.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to shape a long-term technology and AI vision.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year Engineering technology strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and champion technology investments to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
• Translate Engineering strategies into actionable technology capabilities across IT teams.
• Drive business process transformation to simplify and modernize engineering workflows.
• Guide technology portfolio planning and governance for the Engineering organization.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
