Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Director of IT Business Partner – Engineering to lead a high-performing IT team and partner with Engineering leadership on data, AI, and PLM initiatives. The role drives the technology strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap to accelerate product innovation.

Candidate will translate business goals into actionable IT capabilities, govern portfolio investments, and collaborate across IT and Platform teams to deliver scalable solutions for engineering processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required; Master's preferred.
10+ years shaping technology strategy in enterprise environments.
Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and engineering collaboration.
Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent PLM platform.
Strong ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing IT Business Partnership team for Engineering.
Partner with Engineering leadership to shape long-term technology vision (data, AI, PLM).
Create a multi-year engineering technology strategy and transformation roadmap.
Prioritize technology investments to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
