- 10+ years shaping technology strategy and transformation in complex enterprises.
- Proven people leadership in a cross-functional organization.
- Experience with PLM platforms and engineering data management.
- Ability to translate business strategy into multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing IT Business Partnership team for Engineering.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to shape a long-term tech vision for product innovation.
- Develop multi-year Engineering technology strategy and transformation roadmaps.
- Prioritize technology investments to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
- Translate engineering strategies into actionable tech capabilities with IT partners.
- Drive process transformation using data and AI across engineering workflows.
- Provide strategic direction for Engineering platforms and PLM investments.
- Guide portfolio planning and governance across Engineering.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
