You will lead a team of IT Business Partnership professionals responsible for connecting Engineering strategy with technology, data, and AI capabilities that streamline and connect our engineering teams from concept through commercialization. You will be a trusted business partner known for building engaged partnerships, shaping meaningful technology transformations, and enabling capabilities that accelerate disruptive product innovation.You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of IT Business Partnership professionals while building leadership capability, succession plans, and a culture of continuous improvement.Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Engineering leadership, building strong relationships and shaping a long-term technology, data, and AI vision that accelerates product innovation.Develop and maintain a multi-year Engineering technology strategy and transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities, enterprise architecture, and measurable business outcomes.Partner with Engineering leaders to identify, prioritize, and champion technology investments that improve engineering efficiency, product quality, collaboration, and speed to market.Translate Engineering business strategies into actionable technology capabilities, partnering across IT to deliver scalable solutions that streamline workflows and enable connected engineering processes.Drive business process transformation by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize engineering processes through technology, data, and AI.Provide strategic direction for Engineering platforms, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), ensuring technology investments support long-term business objectives while partnering with Platform teams responsible for platform ownership and delivery.Guide technology portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and governance across the Engineering organization, balancing near-term business needs with long-term strategic outcomes.Partner with internal IT teams, business leaders, and external partners to ensure Engineering technology initiatives are effectively planned, governed, and positioned for successful delivery.The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:Bachelor's degree required;
