Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) through Milwaukee Tool seeks a Director of IT Business Partner – Engineering to lead technology strategy, AI transformation, and multi-year roadmaps for the Engineering organization. You will connect engineering aims with data and IT capabilities, guiding a team of IT Business Partnership professionals toward measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will partner with Engineering leaders to prioritize investments, enable efficient workflows, and drive product innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience shaping technology strategy and transformation in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven people leadership experience in a cross-functional organization.
• Significant experience shaping strategy around Siemens Teamcenter or an equivalent PLM platform.
• Strong understanding of engineering and product development processes including PLM and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT Business Partnership team.
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Engineering leadership on technology and AI vision.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year Engineering technology strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Identify and champion technology investments to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
• Translate Engineering strategies into actionable technology capabilities and scalable solutions.
• Drive business process transformation across engineering through technology, data, and AI.
• Guide technology portfolio planning and governance within Engineering.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver planned initiatives.
