Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Director IT Business Partner - Engineering to lead technology, data, and AI strategy across our Engineering organization. You will manage a team of IT Business Partnership professionals, align IT with Engineering strategy, and drive multi-year transformation initiatives that connect product design, development, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years shaping technology strategy in complex enterprises.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Significant experience with Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent PLM.
• Strong understanding of PLM, data management, and CAD/CAE integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT Business Partnership team.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to shape technology and AI vision.
• Develop multi-year Engineering tech strategy and roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritize technology investments to boost efficiency and quality.
• Translate business strategies into actionable tech capabilities across IT.
• Drive business process transformation through technology and AI.
• Provide strategic direction for Engineering platforms and PLM investments.
• Guide portfolio planning, governance, and delivery across Engineering.
