Qualifications

• 10+ years shaping technology strategy in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in engineering, product development, PLM or related functions.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of IT Business Partnership professionals.
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Engineering leadership, shaping a long-term technology vision.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year Engineering technology strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Translate Engineering business strategies into actionable technology capabilities across IT.
• Drive business process transformation by modernizing engineering processes with tech, data, and AI.
• Provide strategic direction for Engineering platforms, including PLM, to support long-term objectives.
• Guide technology portfolio planning and governance across the Engineering organization.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to plan and govern initiatives.
