Job summary

Business Centric Technology in Richardson, TX seeks a Director of Service Delivery to unify and lead project management, field services, staging, managed services, and NOC operations on-site. You will own the delivery P&L and shape scalable processes for growth.

The role requires 8–10+ years in IT service delivery leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and PMP or MBA as advantages. You will manage a multi-state, highly capable team and drive performance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus; PMP strongly preferred.
• 8–10+ years of IT service delivery or professional services leadership.
• Demonstrated P&L or gross-margin ownership experience.
• Resource planning across concurrent projects with travel and contractor labor.
• Experience building and developing managers and PMO processes.

Responsibilities

• P&L & profitability: Own delivery performance and gross margins.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop project managers, engineers, NOC staff and contractors.
• Resource Management: Optimize staffing and utilization across concurrent, multi-state projects.
• Service Delivery: Oversee field services, managed services, staging, NOC operations, and SLA performance.
• PMO & Process Improvement: Establish scalable project management standards and delivery processes.
• Escalation Management: Own delivery issues and drive timely resolution.
• Reporting & KPIs: Build metrics and reporting for visibility and decisions.
• Technical Collaboration: Align with senior architect on delivery execution.
