Austin Industries is seeking a Director of IT Project Management Office (PMO) to lead governance, portfolio management, and delivery standards across enterprise initiatives from our Dallas, TX headquarters.

The role partners with IT leadership, stakeholders, operations, project teams, and vendors to prioritize initiatives, optimize resources, and reduce delivery risk while advancing PMO maturity and business value. Experience in construction/industrial services is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• PMP or similar portfolio certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain PMO standards, governance, intake, prioritization, stage-gate, and benefits-realization processes.
• Manage IT project portfolio balancing value, impact, demand, budget, risk, and resources.
• Facilitate executive portfolio reviews, steering committee meetings, timely decisions and escalations.
• Develop governance supporting enterprise initiatives and construction/field needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop PMO staff; provide clear executive reporting on KPIs and budget.
