Qualifications

• 5+ years in a security management role
• Familiarity with healthcare industry

• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity policies, guidelines and standards
• Coordinate security risk assessments and audits with external consultants
• Design and implement IT security architecture and strategy
• Manage incident response and HIPAA compliance reporting
• Lead ongoing risk assessment programs for information security and privacy
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance across the IT environment
• Oversee project plans and present to management
• Maintain departmental policies and procedures
