Responsibilities

• Develop Cyber Security policies, standards and guidelines in line with industry best practices
• Coordinate security risk assessments and audits with external/internal consultants
• Design and implement IT security architecture, infrastructure and strategy to meet regulatory requirements
• Implement incident response and reporting processes for security breaches
• Complete annual HIPAA-related Security Risk Assessments
• Maintain ongoing risk assessment programs for information security and privacy
