Job summary

Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise seeks a Director of IT Hardware and Infrastructure to lead and optimize the enterprise-wide technology backbone, including networks, servers, data centers, cloud services, and storage systems.

The role requires extensive experience in IT infrastructure, supervisory leadership, and a proven track record in complex multi-property environments such as casinos or hospitality. Candidates must meet regulatory and credential checks for gaming-industry roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Seven (7) years progressive work experience in implementing all IT Infrastructure functions.
• Three (3) years in supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, administration, support, and optimization of the Enterprise's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, data centers, cloud services, telecommunications, storage systems, hardware platforms, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
