Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a senior IT leader to recruit, mentor and grow a nationwide Field Technician and Helpdesk team.

You will establish clear goals, drive accountability, and shape the ITSM foundation to support the company’s technology needs today and tomorrow. You will oversee workstation and service delivery operations, align with cloud and on-prem posture, and lead continuous improvement programs across offices across the country.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in IT operations and field/support teams.
Experience designing and operating ITSM foundational processes.
Proven track record implementing and improving service desks and asset management.

Responsibilities

Recruit, retain and develop IT Field Technician and Helpdesk teams.
Set expectations, accountability, goals and development plans for leaders.
Provide strategic directions for field technician services across offices nationwide.
