PanCare of Florida, Inc is seeking an IT Director in Panama City, FL to lead the organization’s technology strategy and operations. You will oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

You will drive initiatives to improve system availability, data protection, and business continuity, supervise IT staff, and align technology with organizational goals.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of IT leadership experience required.
• Experience managing large IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance (GDPR/HIPAA).
• Proven ability to lead IT projects from conception to completion.
