PanCare of Florida is seeking an IT Director to lead and shape our technology landscape. You will oversee IT strategy, enterprise applications, security, and the IT team to drive growth and ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, and aligning IT initiatives with business goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and high availability of critical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience leading IT projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to align IT with business goals.
• Regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT department, supervise staff and provide direction.
• Develop and execute the IT strategy to align with company goals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Ensure ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications run efficiently.
• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and ensure high availability.
