PanCare Health is seeking an IT Director in Panama City, FL to lead and align the technology strategy with business goals. You will oversee IT infrastructure, security, ERP/CRM systems, and a talented team of IT professionals.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget oversight, vendor management, and ensuring high availability and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR where applicable). Onsite attendance is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of IT leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing IT projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking in cross-functional teams.
• Experience budgeting and vendor management.
• Willingness for regular onsite attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT department, including supervising staff and developing team talents.
• Develop and execute the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify tech solutions for growth and efficiency.
• Set IT performance goals and manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Ensure secure, available ERP/CRM systems and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and maintain high availability of IT systems.
• Hire, train, and mentor IT staff to support operations.
• Foster collaboration and drive continuous IT improvements across departments.
• Manage IT projects end-to-end to meet timelines and budgets.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
